First off, item arrived very well packaged. When I opened it, I was surprised to see it didn't quite look like the picture on your site. I thought that the veins in the leaf were painted black and not cut out, however, when I hung the leaf against my stone wall, I was impressed with the look. Excellent quality and finish. Beautiful work of art. Looks great in person, just like the pics on the website. I'm a long time slalom skier and this is a piece every skier would love. It was custom larger piece and Stephen was very accomodating to make this happen. Everything from ordering through delivery was a good experience. They are extremely meticulous about protective packaging, in a good way.
