RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If you are not 100% positive that the item in consideration for purchase is right for you, we ask you not to purchase said item.  Returns are very costly and time consuming for all involved.

If any shipment is refused and/or returned for any reason, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, or shipping charges incurred from this return will be the responsibility of the customer.  Due to our low negotiated shipping rates, additional charges may apply.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Returns must be shipped with UPS.  We will not accept returned items from any other carrier.

If an item is damaged during shipment you will need to send pictures of the box, and the damage to the item.  As soon as we have the pictures, a replacement item will be sent to the buyer and we will deal with the insurer on a claim.
