Purchase this option to personalize our Trees with your Initials and/or two digit Year carved into the trunk of the Tree as shown.

Please be sure and provide us with the Initials and/or Year by adding them to the "Notes" field of your order.

If you would rather have the Infinity symbol instead of the date, simply indicate such when informing us of your Initials request.

*Not applicable on any tree smaller than 18 inches diameter*
