Butterfly Metal Wall Art

Butterfly by Humdinger Designs.

We cut these gorgeous Butterflies from Cold Rolled Steel, 5052 Aluminum, Stainless Steel and Copper sheets.

Here's a brief description of each version:

Heated Steel - Cut from cold rolled steel, hand polished, heat colored, and sealed.

Hand Painted - This version may be cut from Steel or Aluminum.  We meticulously sand, prep, and prime the finished shape prior to hand painting on all the colors shown in the pictures.  Finally, we coat the entire Butterfly in a premium sealer to ensure long lasting beauty.

Aluminum - These are cut from 5052 Aluminum, hand polished, detail ground, and sealed.

Stainless Steel - Cut from T304 Stainless Steel, hand polished, detail ground, and heat colored.  This version is not sealed and has no coatings.

Pure Copper - These are cut from Pure Copper sheet and have intentionally been left unsealed (no coatings) so that they will patina naturally over time, giving each a life of it's own. The amount and type of patina will depend on the environment of it's new home.

All versions are shipped ready to install with built-in mounting bracket and stand-offs which space it away from the wall approximately 1".
